Shipping Policy
At Addiction Perfumes, we aim to deliver your fragrances quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how our delivery process works within Pakistan.
1. Delivery Time
We ship orders all across Pakistan.
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
- Remote/Outskirts Areas: 5–7 working days
Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, public holidays, or unexpected circumstances. Addiction Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
2. Shipping Charges
- Flat shipping fee: May apply (based on courier rules or promotions).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, even if an order is returned or exchanged.
3. Order Confirmation
All orders must be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp (if required).
Unconfirmed orders may be canceled automatically for safety and verification purposes.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available nationwide.
- Customers must pay the full amount before opening the parcel.
- In case of refusal, future COD orders may be restricted.
- To avoid misuse, we reserve the right to request partial or full advance payment on high-value, repeat, or customized orders.
5. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
Once your order is shipped, the responsibility for timely delivery lies with the courier company. We work only with reliable couriers, but:
- Delays due to the courier are beyond our control.
- Customers should track their parcel through the provided tracking information.
6. Wrong Address / Missed Delivery
Please provide an accurate and complete address.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer not answering calls
- Customer unavailable at the delivery location
- If a parcel is returned due to these reasons, reshipping charges will apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
We pack all orders securely. However:
- If a parcel arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately.
- Claims without video evidence may not be accepted.
- In very rare cases of parcel loss by the courier, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue. Resolution time may vary.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipping.
Once the tracking number is issued, cancellation is no longer possible.
Repeated cancellations may result in the account being restricted.
