Return & Refund Policy
At Addiction Perfumes, we take great pride in offering high-quality fragrances. To ensure product integrity and hygiene, our return and refund process is designed to protect both the customer and the seller. By placing an order, you agree to the policy below.
1. No Return on Opened or Used Products
Perfumes are hygiene-sensitive items.
Once the product is opened, tested, sprayed, or unsealed, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
2. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or exchange ONLY if:
- You received the wrong product, OR
- The product arrived damaged, AND
- You provide proof within 24 hours of delivery
Approved returns must meet all conditions below:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- All accessories, seals, and boxes must be intact
- An unboxing video from start to end is required as proof
- Requests without video proof will not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Record a full unboxing video showing the sealed parcel
- Email us within 24 hours at: contact@addiction.com.pk
- Our team will review the video and respond with the next steps
If approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement (subject to availability), or
- Store credit
Cash refunds are not issued, except in rare cases where replacement or store credit is not possible.
4. Wrong Item Delivered
If the wrong product is delivered:
- You must report it within 24 hours with a clear unboxing video
- The product must remain unopened
After verification, we will arrange a replacement.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened, used, or tested perfumes
- Items purchased on sale or discount
- Items without proof of unboxing video
- Orders delayed by courier services
- Change of mind after delivery
6. Return Shipping
If a return is approved:
- The customer is responsible for sending the item back to us
- Shipping fee is non-refundable
We may cover return shipping only if the mistake was from our side.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipping only.
Once packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Repeated cancellations or COD refusals may limit future orders.
8. Refund Process
Refunds (if approved) are issued as:
- Store credit, OR
- Replacement product
- Cash refunds are issued only in exceptional cases and may take 7–14 working days to process.
